Dr. Clyde Granville D'Arcy is the owner and Veterinarian at Cherry Hills Animal Hospital.  Dr. D'Arcy opened the hospital in 1990. Prior to the opening of Cherry Hills, he practiced at Washington Park Veterinary Clinic and other animal hospitals, emergency centers and spay clinics in the Denver Metro area.  He graduated from Colorado State University with a  Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1974.

Dr. D'Arcy was born in Oklahoma and moved to Calgary, Alberta, Canada when he was five.  His family was in the oil business and raised race horses.  Dr. D'Arcy's first job after graduating from Vet School was as a track vet in Florida for several years.  Since moving back to Colorado in 1979, he has primarily been in small animal medicine.  Dr. D'Arcy has continuously participated in  Continuing Education  to stay current on cutting edge medicine and new medical procedures.  Dr. D'Arcy specializes in orthopedic surgery, oncology and internal medicine. 

The Doctor lives on a ranch south of Parker with his wife Toni, who is the Practice Manager at CHAH, and their 14 year old triplets, Mattie, Morgan and Jeremiah.  They have 5 dogs; Lulu, a 14 year old yellow lab; Blue, a 5 year old German Shorthair Pointer; Ginger, a 4 year old boxer, and two Yorkies, Bandit and Lilly.  They also have 6 horses, a rabbit named Baby, a Cockatiel named Peitrie and two cats, Mittens, and Terrell. He enjoys competitive shooting, volunteering with the Douglas County Search and Rescue Team, and is a Life Master Bridge Player. He also loves to camp with his children in the mountains and ride ATV's.
